Firmware Update – Hub 2.1.1

Firmware update 2.1.1 adds network type detection to the FYTA Hub (2.1.1) during Wi-Fi setup. The network scan now shows whether a network requires a password: secured networks are marked with a lock icon, open networks without one. The password field only appears when it is actually needed.

Compatibility note: This feature requires FYTA app version 4.8.2 or newer. If you are using an older app version, the Wi-Fi scan may show an empty network list. Wi-Fi can still be configured by entering the SSID and password manually. We recommend updating the app to the latest version.
